Delivery questions

Do you deliver outside your main markets?

Yes. We deliver nationwide through our regional plant network. Send your US delivery ZIP for pricing and availability.

How many 2×2×6 blocks fit on a truck?

Thirteen full blocks weigh approximately 46,800 lb. The truck, route and block mix determine the final load. Partial loads are also available.

Can I order fewer than a truckload?

Yes. We accept full and partial loads, with no minimum order. Send the quantity you need and your delivery ZIP.

What access does the truck need?

A 48 ft flatbed needs a firm, level spot to park and room to swing in. You unload unless unloading is agreed in your quote. No equipment on site? Say so and we'll talk through options.

Is unloading or placement included?

Tell us if you need unloading or placement. We will include the agreed services in your quote.

How are delivery charges quoted?

Your quote covers your blocks and flatbed delivery together. Compare the delivered total and included services.

How do I arrange a delivery date?

Give us your need-by date. We book the truck once the order is paid and tell you the delivery day.

How soon can you deliver?

Typically 3 to 7 business days from a paid order, depending on distance and plant schedule. Rush delivery is sometimes possible; tell us your need-by date on the first call.

What equipment do I need to unload?

A forklift or telehandler with at least 4,000 lb capacity at the actual load center and reach, suitable forks and approved attachments, or a crane with rated rigging. Match the equipment to the block supplied. The driver does not unload unless that service is agreed in advance; unloading is available on request.

Can one request cover several delivery sites?

Yes. List each ZIP with its own block mix and quantity. We provide a delivered total for each destination.

How do I pay?

Pay by ACH on a Stripe invoice or by wire before the truck is booked.
