Block buying questions

What does a 2×2×6 concrete block weigh?

Approximately 3,600 lb. The typical dimensions are six feet long, two feet wide and two feet high.

Can I buy a smaller block?

Yes. Our half block is three feet long with the same two-foot width and height, weighing approximately 1,800 lb. Corner blocks are also available.

How much does a full concrete block cost?

Send your quantity and delivery ZIP for one quote covering blocks and delivery. We accept full and partial loads, with no minimum order.

Can I use these blocks for a stacked wall?

Use a layout specified for your site's height, ground conditions and loads. A qualified designer should specify retaining-wall and stacked-wall requirements.

How many full blocks make a truckload?

About 13 full blocks, roughly 46,800 lb. Fewer if your road or site has weight limits.

Do the blocks have a lifting point?

Lifting provisions are confirmed for your order and may include a cast-in loop, lifting pin or forklift pockets. Plan for at least 4,000 lb of lifting capacity at the actual load center and reach, and confirm the equipment and attachments against the block supplied.
